Four Seasons is AUT’s School of Hospitality and Tourism fully licenced training restaurant, offering our trainee chefs and front of house students the ability to gain experience in a real-life environment.
We offer an a la carte menu, available for lunch Tuesday – Friday and dinner Monday – Thursday.
Our menu is designed to be served when each dish is ready with our chefs staggering plates so you are not overwhelmed. If you prefer a traditional starter, main and dessert style of service please let our waiters know.
As this is our training restaurant, we appreciate your patience as our students develop their skills. Our pricing reflects that and, whilst we endeavour to make your experience the best possible, there may be the occasional issue, and we thank you for your understanding.
Bookings are essential, and we ask our guests to be seated between 12 and 1:30 for lunch bookings and between 5:30 and 7pm for dinner with last orders reaching the kitchen just after this time. This is to ensure our students are not running over their timetabled hours.
We also have space available for special events and large group bookings; please get in touch for more information.
